Neutron Holdings, Inc. doing business under the name Lime, formerly LimeBike, is a transportation company based in San Francisco, USA. It runs electric scooters, electric bikes, normal pedal bikes, electric mopeds sharing systems in various cities around the world.

Challenge: interim Head of Rider Growth (customer acquisition) WEU + ROW (APAC & LATAM).

Actions: Define and execute a scalable rider growth campaign strategy for the region in collaboration with the locals markets and the global team.

CRM (Braze) + performance marketing campaigns .

Results: Successful product launch in key international markets. Process improvement.

World Surf League · eCommerce

Established in 1976, WSL is a global organization headquartered in Santa Monica. Dedicated to change the world through the inspirational power of surfing by creating authentic events, experiences, and storytelling to inspire a growing, global community to live with purpose, originality, and stoke.

Challenge: eCommerce with not enough traffic and low conversion rate.

Actions: Technical, functional and UX analysis of the eCommerce. Action plan to strengthen weak points.
Digital strategy -> workflow international teams, 52w calendar. CRM, Social Media and digital campaigns activation.

Results:  90 % increase in sales first month. 200 % + second month. 400 % + second and third Q.

The Mint Company · Digital transformation

Fashion retail group with 4 Business UnitsFranchise stores (Hugo Boss, Armani, Calvin Klein, Ted Baker and Tommy Hilfiger), Multi-brand stores, Outlet stores and Sneakers stores (with their own brand Shuzu Lab). Established in Canary Islands, Spain, the group controls 32 POS.

Challenge:  digital transformation -> Open online channel and assemble digital team.

Actions:  Identify BUs needs -> create digital team (in house + new recruits). Create eCommerce for 2 BU (select development partner + lead projects). Start CRM program (acquisition + communication strategy). Create digital mk plan for 4 BUs.

Results:  a fully operational online sales channel. 360 digital communications plan on all business units.

Lladro · Digital transformation

Founded in 1953, Lladró is the success story of an iconic Spanish brand. A world leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of porcelain art creations, Lladró is a unique mix of talent, audacity and meticulousness in the quest for excellence.

Challenge: digital transformation of a 67 y.o. multinational company.

Actions: unify online presence, improved eCommerce, new CRM strategy, new SM strategy, new report system, International marketing teams organization.

Results: professional online presence, efficient new eCommerce, powerful and responsive CRM strategy, 40 % increase SM followers and engagement, all KPI’s improved.

Prezi · International launch

Prezi is a presentation software company founded in 2009, with offices in Budapest, Berlin, San Francisco, and Riga. As of April 2018, Prezi had more than 100 million users who had created more than 360 million public presentations that have been viewed over 3.5 billion times.

Challenge:  communicate the launch of Prezi in Spanish

Actions:  helped translate press statement to Spanish. Created a data base of communication media in Spanish speaking countries (South America + Spain). Contacted media and follow up impact.

Results:  Mention in major media of Spain, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela. Including TV, Radio & digital media.

Hibu · Yellow Pages digital business unit

Hibu, formerly Yell Group plc, is a multinational directories and internet services company headquartered in Reading, Berkshire, UK. It has operations in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Spain. It has its origins in the yellow pages division of the privatised British telecommunications operator BT Group

Challenge:  improve digital presence of company customers

Actions:  design and execute digital strategies with my digital team of 4 account managers SEO + 4 account managers SEM.

Results:  120 clients increase per year. Hundreds of websites developed. 60 % reduction of production time.
